Terms of Service

1. The Service

N4 Safety ("The Company") provides an enterprise-grade operating system designed for ministry safety and operational readiness ("The Command Center"). By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

2. The "Stewardship" of Data

• Church Ownership: All data uploaded to N4 Safety—including member rosters, incident reports, and safety policies—remains the sole property of the subscribing Ministry.
• Our Role: We act as the digital vault for this data. We do not sell, rent, or share your ministry's data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Professional Conduct (The Watchman's Standard)

Users are expected to utilize N4 Safety for its intended purpose: the protection of the local church.

• Unauthorized Use: Any attempt to use the platform for harassment, data mining, or activities unrelated to ministry safety will result in immediate termination of access.
• Credential Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials to protect the integrity of the "Audit Trail."

4. Founding 50 / Alpha Limitations

As an Alpha/Beta participant (The Founding 50), you acknowledge that the software is in a continuous state of improvement. While we strive for 100% uptime, N4 Safety is provided "as is" during this phase of development.

5. Limitation of Liability

N4 Safety provides the tools for documentation and coordination; however, the physical security and tactical decisions of the safety team remain the responsibility of the local Ministry. N4 Safety is not liable for physical incidents or security breaches occurring on church property.
